Which agency do you use to ship our cheeses?

We work with several agencies, using the best available in each area.

Are there shipping methods without an agency?

Yes, at Campo Spain, we have local shipping within a 100KM radius of Tallante (Cartagena) that we carry out and we do not charge you anything for it if the order is greater than €30.

We also offer local delivery, meaning if you live nearby and do not want to pay any shipping costs, you can come and pick up your order at the time you are notified via email.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page and may vary slightly depending on the type of shipping (natural or cold). If you make a purchase of assorted cheeses and these include fresh or soft cheeses, the order will be sent cold to ensure the quality of the product, and in part, it may make shipping slightly more expensive.

It is important that you know what types of shipments we make at Campo Spain, and there are three: standard transport, standard transport with isothermal box and cold accumulator and refrigerated transport. In our store, you will find products that can be sent with or without refrigeration, with the shipping price varying depending on the type of transport. Generally, those sent with refrigerated transport indicate this on the product sheet, under the name of the product.

Do you want to return a product you purchased from this store?

Unfortunately, you can only do this if the product is defective.

In the case of perishable products such as those you will find in this store (cheeses and dairy products), the claim period is 24 hours from receipt of the order. If necessary, we will refund the amount of the product or replace it in your next order. Campo Spain, SL reserves the right to request photos, delivery part of the product and other documentation that may help resolve the incident and handle it as quickly as possible.

To report an incident or claim about a product, we need you to contact us through the contact section, or by calling us at T. 633773099 , we will need your order number to carry out all the checks.

Right of withdrawal

According to Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to voluntarily withdraw from their purchase, rendering the contract void.

  1. In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.
  2. The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.
  3. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

As a user and customer, you have 14 calendar days to make returns due to breakage or receipt of incorrect products. In these cases, Campo Spain will refund the amount of the product, or if you prefer, we will replace it in your next order.

Cancel an order placed

If you want to cancel an order you have placed on our website, you can do so by contacting us via email at hola@saboresdetallante.es and providing us with the order details (number, name of the person who placed the order) and we will process it quickly and efficiently. If the order has already been prepared and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Campo Spain reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer on this website, provided that the customer is not up to date with payment.
