One of our "select" cheeses . Made with pasteurized sheep, cow and goat milk and aged for 180 days, which gives it an explosion of strength and intensity in the mouth.
An ideal cheese that cannot be missing from your cheese board, with a good wine or as an aperitif. And even though we do not make it ourselves, this Manchego cheese has stolen our hearts and if you try it... you will be the same, you will love it!
We recommend tempering it before drinking to be able to taste all the nuances that the three milks give it.
