Young Goat Cheese from Grandpa Pepe

It is perhaps awarded because the most important part of a cheese, its milk, comes from our Happy goats . Or perhaps because it contains no preservatives, colorants, or flavor enhancers, and therefore, it is natural , or perhaps because Juani (the master cheesemaker) does not rest until the cheese is to her liking... that is to say... sublime, champion...

It has a consistent texture, a smooth flavour and a particular and intense smell. Its cut is the colour of our mountains in summer , with reddish tones reminiscent of the sunset in Tallante due to the implantation of spores of the moulds native to our mountains during the curing process .

An award-winning young cheese, suitable for all palates. Its flavour takes us back to the days when EVERYTHING was made with craftsmanship and care . Or at least, that is our real intention.
