Izan Velvet Soft Goat Cheese

Probably one of the things we do with the most passion in this house. A soft cheese with personality, specifically that of our first grandson and inspiration for this Gourmet Cheese: Izan. It is sweetly soft in texture and smooth in flavour, with white mould on the rind. And fresh... Very fresh with slight notes of fresh milk. Without a doubt a special detail and full of craftsmanship and natural ingredients.

MILK Pasteurized goat's milk, calcium salts, rennet and salt. No GMO. Handcrafted and passion, just like our grandmother Fulgencia did, there is no more ingredients to add.
