Very refreshing and light on the palate, you'll see. It's a soft fresh cream with animal notes and a humid countryside. Ideal for making a good impression!

Over time, the cheese "proteolyzes" which is its natural form of evolution, that is, it transforms and creams. During the process you will see that its color, texture and best of all... its flavor changes dramatically!
