Young Goat Cheese from Grandpa Pepe

Maybe it is awarded because the origin is the most important thing about a cheese, its milk comes from our Happy goats . Or maybe because it does not contain preservatives, colorants, or flavor enhancers, and therefore, it is natural , or maybe because Juani (the master cheesemaker) does not rest until the cheese is to her liking, that is to say... sublime, champion...

It has a consistent texture, a smooth flavour and a particular and intense smell. Its cut is the colour of our mountains in summer , with reddish tones reminiscent of the sunset in Tallante due to the implantation of spores of the moulds native to our mountains during the curing process .

An award-winning young cheese, suitable for all palates. Its flavour takes us back to the days when EVERYTHING was made with craftsmanship and care . Or at least, that is our real intention.
