Made by hand in a natural way, as it contains no preservatives, colorings, or flavorings, etc. When this recipe was made, it did not exist, and we want to continue to maintain it so that you can enjoy the authentic flavor of fresh cheese , which with this Maxi, you may discover for the first time. We use 5.7 liters of milk to make one kilo of this wonderful cheese.
