It will take you back to the cheeses of antiquity with a splendorous aftertaste and nose. Quality, perhaps because of the origin of the most important thing in a cheese, its milk, as our Happy goats say .
Or maybe because it contains no preservatives, no colorings, no flavor enhancers, and therefore, it is natural , or maybe because Juani (the master cheesemaker) does not rest until the cheese is to her liking... that is to say... sublime, champion...
Its cut is the colour of our mountains in summer , with reddish tones reminiscent of the sunset in Tallante due to the implantation of spores of the moulds native to our mountains during the curing process . Its flavour takes us back to the days when EVERYTHING was made with craftsmanship and care . Or at least, that is our true intention.
Pasteurized goat's MILK, calcium salts, lactic ferments, rennet, salt. Extra Virgin Olive Oil in rind. Naturally smoked. Craftsmanship and passion, just as grandmother Fulgencia made it, there are no more ingredients to add.
