Queso AZU-LADO has a creamy whitish interior and is characterized by the typical blue veins of Roqueforti, with mold spots. An intense cheese, where the Felices goat's milk serves as a support for an intense maturation, where the Penicilium Roqueforti establishes itself at its right level of acidity.
