Awarded the 3rd Prize for the Best Cheese in Spain 2019 and Bronze in the 10th Edition of the Gourmet Championship of the Best Cheeses in Spain. Piece of approximately 180/220g. A lactic coagulation cheese for cheese lovers. It evolves as the days go by, proteolysing its flavour and texture, changing to cream and strength. It has a lactic smell of sweet cream and hints of petrichor.
