100% goat's milk cheese. It has a creamy, elastic, pale-white paste with almost no holes. The rind is coated in olive oil and rosemary, giving it a Mediterranean touch. Ideal for appetizers and sharing between meals.
YOUNG GRANDFATHER PEPE
Pure goat's milk cheese. With a paste that is almost eyeless, white in colour and with aromas of fruit and creamy yoghurt. With a low intensity, it is ideal for all audiences, and especially for a soft and sweet wine.
PEPPER
Purebred goat's milk cheese. It has a matte white texture and a soft, elastic palate. Sweet paprika is added to the rind, giving it a distinctive appearance and a sweet aroma.
CRAZY TRUFFLE
Pure goat's milk cheese. Pearly white paste, sprinkled with grated European black truffle, which gives it a pleasant smoky and wet mountain flavour. Pairs very well with red wine.
