Murcia Cheese with DOP Wine

The famous pure goat cheese with Protected Designation of Origin “Murcia al Vino” has a slightly acidic paste, white in colour, with a melting and creamy texture. Its maroon rind is due to the wine baths to which it is subjected during production.

- Cheese prices are in ExWorks conditions.
- Cheese production is done on request.
- If the client is a cheese factory, supply without labels is possible.
- The price includes: vacuum packaging, label, cardboard or plastic boxes.
- For fresh cheeses, the expiration period is 60 days.
- For semi-cured and cured cheeses, the expiration period is 12 months.
- We work exclusively with pure goat's milk cheeses.
- It is possible to develop products under your own brand (minimum order of 350
kg).
- We have the European IFS quality certificate (quality seal for
export).
